Course Cancellations

Courses may have to be cancelled due to unexpected circumstances and a full refund will be given. We will make every effort to notify you of a cancellation, so it is important to provide both your daytime and evening phone numbers and email address if you have one

Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. The cancellation is effective from the date your letter or email is received and is subject to the following charges:
* For cancellations with 4 weeks notice or less we will refund your payment less 50% in a voucher.
* For cancellations with 1 week notice or less we regret we are unable to refund your payment unless there are exceptional circumstances. However if we are able to fill your place at short notice we will offer a 50% off voucher.
* No refund shall be given once classes have commenced regardless of circumstance - this does not affect your statutory rights
